1/2 cup suji
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil/ghee
1 1/2 cup water
sliced almond , raisins, cardamoms
boil sugar and water for 5 minutes. i just take the water from the kettle and mix it with sugar until it disolve.
heat oil add suji and stir well on a slow heat till it become lighter color and oil leaves the side of the pan.
add the syrup and stir it well till it absorb well in the suji.
finally add the dry fruit almond, raisins what ever you like and crushed cordamom and serve.
