Ingredients
1 part corn flour
3 parts white flour
water
salt to taste

directions
1)kneed the flour with salt to taste and enough water to make a dough of hard consistency.

2) shape the dough into flat bread ( you can freeze the uncooked doday with a piece of plastic in between and air tight in a zip lock bag to cook later)

3) cook on slow to medium heat
